As a home builder I have worked with many Realtors over the last 10 years.  I recently found Mike Vizenor by witnessing the many ads he had on the market and call him based on that.  We signed a listing with Mike and he used the aggressive advertising that had led me to him.  That combined with this ability to adapt and change in change with current market led to a successful sale and closing of out home.  The suggestions Mike gave us to make out home more presentable shows his understanding of what potential buyers want to see.  Of Coarse I thought everything was perfect but his outsider eye did make sense.  I have referred Mike Vizenor to friends, other builders, and even my parents!
